About the property
Villa Lucky Me is located in Kaštel Novi (Rudine), one of the seven Kaštela towns situated between Split and Trogir. The villa stands on a 1,000 m² plot and is fully enclosed by high concrete walls. Access to the property is through a gate with parking for three cars, and there is a second entrance on the eastern side with a pedestrian gate.
The villa has a ground floor and two upper levels; the ground floor and first floor are used and together offer 260 m² of living space. The main entrance is on the ground floor. On the right side there is a spacious living room with a 75-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On the left side there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed plus a single bed. On this floor you will also find two bathrooms.

All bedrooms on the first floor have balconies, as does the living room. The villa is for your private use only. Outside, there is a 56 m² swimming pool with a counter-current swimming system, and everything else you see in the photos.
The villa is also ideal for two families traveling together, up to 5 people per family, as each family can have its own floor, while spending time together outside and enjoying all the amenities of the house.
The villa offers an open view towards Split (25 minutes by car), Trogir (15 minutes by car), the island of Čiovo (connected by a bridge at the entrance to Trogir), and Kaštela.
